Short term campaign and conference administrator : Russian Federation

The OM Russia team in St. Petersburg is looking for a person who helps coordinating OM Russia’s short term campaigns such as conferences, seminars and outreach campaigns. This includes communication with potential participants (internationals) and other OM home offices as well as helping with the line up of the events here in Russia. The job also includes a considerate amount of administrative work, dealing with visa papers for participants, updating/generating necessary advertising material as well as a creative component when it comes to putting together the programmes. This role offers also the opportunity to develop future short term options in OM Russia; a great chance for visionaries to explore new ideas. Most likely this job won’t be full time, therefore the applicant will be able to join in with other activities/ministries in and outside the OM office setting.

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Commitment Length: 2-3 years (full time)
- Ability to work with people and communicate well in English, both written and oral communication
- Willingness and commitment to learn the Russian language (a few weeks of intense language training to start with) and culture.
- Ability to work in a team
- Being proactive in looking for other ministry opportunities besides this job

Please note: all jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
