You could be:

• part of a church-planting team in the Arab World, helping in community development or relief work in Central Asia, or encouraging local Christians in evangelism in Central Europe
• using practical skills or professional experience (for example, as a computer programmer, secretary, auto-mechanic or cook) to support the ministry of those engaged in evangelism anywhere in the OM world
• involved in any one of the 2000 opportunities for training and service, in more than 80 countries, that OM will offer in the next 5 years.

One & two year opportunities are available depending on your country of service. Some countries also offer opportunities for 6 months. We want people of all ages who are willing to become servants for Christ and who are ready to build relationships with people from other cultures and nationalities.

In OM we take seriously the command of the Lord Jesus to carry the gospel into all the world. There are many ways in which one can express the message of the gospel in day-to-day roles, according to the unique gifts, skills, abilities and personality of each individual.

Finances: those working with OM have the privilege of developing a team of financial partners, who make donations to OM. Donations cover the worker’s costs and expenses while serving with OM. Advice and training on developing a financial support team is available.

Please note: all jobs/opportunities on this site are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
