To train & support Field & Area IT personnel in their roles & functions.

The major goals of the position will be:
To implement various IT projects (e.g. Migrating field systems to an area based server.)

To provide Email Helpdesk support answering questions & solving IT related problems.

- Church Planter
Are you a pastor? Would you like to be part of a team planting a church where there is no evangelical witness?
We are looking for pastors willing to begin churches through evangelism, small Bible study groups & building relationships with locals. They will work with OM colleagues & OM partner churches.
Whenever possible, this pastor will work with an OM Global Action team - 5 - 6 young adults investing 1-2 years in the church plant.

- Communications Manager
To develop a coherent communications strategy in liaison with the director.
This involves staying in touch with donors & partners around the world by editing a quarterly newsletter in English & French, overseeing the OM France websites (Eng/French) & producing publicity/recruiting materials etc.

- English language teacher
We are running a small English language school in the suburb of Paris as an outreach & means of contact with the local people. At the moment, we have 20 adults & 30 children enrolled in this school.
We urgently need teachers who can teach English at different levels.

- Global Action Val d'Europe Team Members
We are planning to start a new team in Val d'Europe near Disneyland, Paris.
The team will be helping a pionneer to start an international bilingual church to reach out to the local population, especially the young people who are living in the region.
We need both men & women for this team.

We are looking for an IT person who can take care of the computer system & programmes as well as help with our website. He will be working from our office in Paris.
He can use the rest of his time to take part either in an evangelism ministry among North Africans or help teach English in our language project if he is a native speaker.

- Long-term worker among immigrants
People from closed countries abound in Paris - where we have the freedom to tell them about Christ. Immigrant men & women are often hungry for relationship in what is to them a relatively 'cold' society. They also have educational needs.
We are looking for families, & especially men, to reach out in culturally-appropriate ways to these immigrants. Offer literacy classes & share God's Word through Bible story telling.

- Short-term Outreach Coordinating Team Member - Custom-made Outreaches
Organisation of short-term outreaches for international participants in French cities - communication with the groups asking for an outreach & liaison with the French churches.
Communicating with the OM sending offices for receiving international groups.
Coordinating custom-made outreach logistics (teaching, worship, prayer & practical evangelism training)

- Short-term Outreach Coordinating Team Member - French liaison
Organisation of short-term outreaches for national participants in French cities - liaison with French churches, mobilizing them for evangelism, helping them plan outreaches, communicating & advertising the campaigns.

- Youth Ministry Coordinator
We are looking for a Youth Coordinator who can develop TeenStreet & TIM (Teens in Mission) into a full-fledged youth ministry nationwide. He will work with different youth groups in the country & liaise with the local churches to organise local & regional youth events.
