This is a critical support role for OM Canada. We need help to increase prayer for the world and good communication with our supporters and partners across the country and around the world by overseeing the mailing of all newsletters from the OM Canada office. We also need to keep our representatives up to date with all the resources and materials they need.
Tasks involve:
Making sure packages and letters are sent in a timely, cost effective way.
Maintaining addresses in the computer.
Coordinate bulk mailings.
Sending of mail to all Canadian's and other OM offices overseas.
Managing our supply of free literature, prayer letters and other resources that we use for meetings and to send to people across the country.
Much more can be developed in this role as a person comes to the team - there are other areas of ministry we are just dreaming about!!!
