• Administrative Assistant - Financial Development
  Interaction and communication with Donors and partners accross Canada under the direction of our Director of Development.
• Mailroom Coordinator
  This is a critical support role for OM Canada. We need help to increase prayer for the world and good communication with our supporters and partners across the country and around the world by overseeing the mailing of all newsletters from the OM Canada office. We also need to keep our representatives up to date with all the resources and materials they need.
  
  Tasks involve:
  Making sure packages and letters are sent in a timely, cost effective way.
  Maintaining addresses in the computer.
  Coordinate bulk mailings.
  Sending of mail to all Canadian's and other OM offices overseas.
  Managing our supply of free literature, prayer letters and other resources that we use for meetings and to send to people across the country.
  Much more can be developed in this role as a person comes to the team - there are other areas of ministry we are just dreaming about!!!
• Personnel Coordinator
  This is an exciting role. This person works with people from their first enquiries about missions to seeing them launched onto the mission field. It involves interaction with people from accross Canada and fellow OMers around the world.
• Receptionist
  This person is the hub of the ministry activity - the first person that anyone meets and greats at OM Canada. Welcoming visitors, answering the phone,opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail, researchng flights/travel and some general office duties are part of this essential task.
• Regional/Provincial Representative
  Our Regional/Provincial Representatives serve to build and maintain authentic relationships with the Christian community, resulting in strategic partnerships to help develop Global Christians involved in cross-cultural ministry. Click on the job title to find out more!
