Not just nice ideas we have gripped, but the deepest convictions that have gripped us.

In a world that picks and chooses its values, some things are just too important                          to negotiate. We have identified seven biblical convictions that give direction and meaning to our lives and work. They give us perspective. They govern our relationships. They draw us into a closer walk with God.

• Look at every individual as someone who matters to God and, therefore, to us;
   
• Lead others into a vital relationship with Jesus Christ;
   
• Listen to God through His Word and prayer, seeking His agenda to direct us day by day;                         
   
• Learn from others about how to walk closer with God and serve Him better;
   
• Live together on teams, stressing unity, honesty and spiritual balance, united on the basic teachings of the Bible in order to live holy, disciplined lives;
   
• Limit ourselves to a modest lifestyle in order to devote our time, energy, abilities and money to fulfilling the Great Commission;
   
• Link with missions-minded churches worldwide to bring renewal and to mobilize prayer, workers and finance to reach the world's unreached.
