Support Missions Training by ensuring that the MDT Base is kept operational on a day to day basis.
This position ensures the continuing day to day administration and running of the MDT Base in Pretoria, South Africa. Leading a team of paid and volunteer staff, the applicant must have an understanding of the necessary support services (including but not limited to finance, logistics, hotel services and transport). Living and working in a multicultural team, the applicant must have the skills to work with people from all walks of life, have a holistic approach leading the team spiritually and practically and see the position as a strategic involvement in God's mission.
