This role exists to support, by providing analytics and reporting, for Personnel, Finance, Financial Development and Mobilizing.


  • Proficiency in MS Power BI with prior experience and/or working knowledge in developing Power BI reports & dashboards.  Alternatively, proficiency in Tableau or Qlik or equivalent, with a willingness to learn Microsoft Power BI.
  • Previous experience in data visualisation (graphic representation of information & data) is preferred.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration of skills for user requirements gathering, analysis, and report design.
  • Preferably with IT/software background with prior experience with HR and/or Financial commercial applications.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in MS D365 HR or willingness to learn.
  • Able to use appropriate software used in OM for communication, reporting & people support.
