This role exists to support, by providing analytics and reporting, for Personnel, Finance, Financial Development and Mobilizing.
- Proficiency in MS Power BI with prior experience and/or working knowledge in developing Power BI reports & dashboards. Alternatively, proficiency in Tableau or Qlik or equivalent, with willingness to learn Microsoft Power BI.
- Previous experience in data visualisation (graphic representation of information & data) is preferred.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration of skills for user requirements gathering, analysis, and reports design.
- Preferably with IT/software background with prior experience with HR and/or Financial commercial applications.
- Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in MS D365 HR or willingness to learn.
- Able to use appropriate software used in OM for communication, reporting & people support.
