Short-term Missions Coordinator and Personnel Administrator

Seeking a Personnel Administrator that will be responsible for all aspects of Short-term missions in OM South Africa including the processing and sending of individuals and groups. This role also supports the FPO and Assistant FPO in providing the field with strategic and day-to-day administrative oversight regarding personnel-related activities.


  • Has previous experience with OM and has ministry experience in an OM field
  • All applicants need to have gone through or need to be committed to attend Reach. Other online trainings might be suggested (Culture and You, VCJF,etc).
  • Able to lead people with care
  • Good motivational skills
  • Good administrative skills 
  • Cares for people and has a vision, in a broad sense, for personnel and support ministry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
  • Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Willing to learn the use of computer software currently in use by OM for communication, reporting, and personnel management.
  • Comfortable with administration and able to work with necessary technology.
