Church Mobilizer

Establish and/or maintain relations with Pastors and their Churches, helping OM Panama to create new partnership relationships with them and Recruit new Potential Missionaries.

Short Term Coordinator

We are looking for someone with good organizational and communication skills and a passion for reaching unreached peoples to oversee our short-term outreach area.
You would be working with a multicultural team, based in a large city.  You would have plenty of opportunity for your own personal ministry alongside organizing the short-term outreaches.

Director of Ministry

Does your heat beat for mission?
Your tasks:

• Management and supervision of missional teams (i.e. migrant teams, church planting, outreaches in Austria)
• Networking with Christians and churches in Austria
• Close cooperation with the department heads
• Representing your area of responsibility in the leadership team and participation in the overall strategy and planning
• Lead personnel and further their development

Church Planting Ministry Leader

Does your heart beat for church planting? Are you ready to invest your leadership skills talents for God's kingdom in Austria so that people are touched with the love of Jesus and new churches are started?

Muslim Diaspora Ministry Leader

Is your heart beating for immigrants from mostly Muslim background?
Your tasks:

• Management and support of the Building Bridges teams in Austria
• Networking with projects among immigrants and personnel from other organizations
• Strategic planning and development of the ministry
• Lead personnel and further their development

Project Leader for Peace and Hope

Is your heart beating for immigrants from mostly Muslim background? Do you have a passion to pass on God's love holistically? Do you want to contribute and develop your experience and skills in a growing ministry?
