Do you enjoy being in the middle of the action?

The Secretary is often the first person that anyone meets and greets at OM Canada.

Welcoming guests, connecting calls and mail to the right departments, as well as other odd tasks that come up in a medium sized busy office are all part of the job. You'll also provide valuable assistance to the Executive Leadership team with secretarial and administrative duties.


Key Result Areas

1. Facilitate Communication - Receive, record, direct and convey telephone and other messages

2. Secretarial Support - Provide administrative support for the leadership team

3. Update Donor Records - Assist Gift Administrator to update donor information

Minimum preferred requirements

  • OM core values internalized

  • Strong administrative ability
  • Customer relations and interpersonal skills
  • Time management and organizing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Training will be provided for the use of OM Canada’s proprietary system
