Handling all the Finance Operations of OM Panama, provide reports, deposits, withdraws, participate in audits, and do internal audits.


Processing/ handling Petty Cash * Processing/ handling Bank Account * Verifying/ paying bills * Arranging/ paying bills * Invoicing internal charges * Billings to other OM fields * Month end-, year-end closing * Generating reports * Sending Reports to Country Leader, Central America Officer * Answering Finance emails * Attending Leadership meetings * Attending OM Panama meetings * Arranging Online bank transfer if is needed * Budgeting * Distribution allowance * Prepare monthly field Executive Summary report for the leadership team. * Train new staff in field finance * Provide ongoing training as necessary for existing staff * Prepare finance presentations Team meeting

  • A familiarity with and experience of Financial Development or willing to learn.
  • Able to manage a broad range of issues related to Financial Development through working with people.
  • If possible, previous exposure to mission work, preferably OM.
  • Must be able to understand the needs of OM Panama related to Financial Development and adequately represent those needs to the potential and existing partners
  • Able to work well with people from different backgrounds.
  • Good public relations skills and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Able to build strong relationships (connecting with the donor on many levels)
  • Act with the utmost of integrity in all aspects of the role
  • Flexible and willing to learn.
