ETI is an intensive missions training, that lets the student have access to a cross-cultural context in an experiential way that can be challenged a person to serve the unreached, you can study in Costa Rica, Panamá and in an indigenous region called Talamanca Latin America is considered a reached area, In some of the countries of Latin America, there are anywhere from 3,000 to 30,000 evangelical churches. Without a doubt, there are enough followers of Jesus within Latin America to finish the task locally. According to "Ellos, son Como TU" Vision it is time to send Latinos to the unreached groups.
Talamanca is a strategic place because of the weather, the location and also it is the most unreached place in Costa Rica.Its conditions are very similar with the features for many unreached countries.
What To Expect
Our Intensive training center is a place where in a couple weeks, a person can be equipped, trained encouraged and have enough tools to start their missionary project in the unreached areas, this training center could support the Latin American vision to send 2000 Latinos to unreached countries.
Participant Profile
Age Range: 18-99
People interested in missions, who have the desire to get involved, learn more and serve in the future in an unreached country, the participants needs to be fluent in Spanish, and be a mature Christian, with a pastor's recommendation

Will there be accommodation provided?
OM Costa Rica has a comfortable place to stay with rooms, a cozy cafeteria and all the thing that you need during your stay here.
In Panama, and Talamanca you're are going to be challenged to stay in churches, in the mountain area and also at our base.
Will there be food provided?
We are going to provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, based on Costa Rican, and Panamian Cuisine, please let us know if you have allergies.
Do I need to make my own travel arrangements?
The participant needs to cover their health insurance, their airplane tickets, they need to arrive February 25° and leave March 25°
What should my health condition be like?
Please let us know if you have a special treatment, or if you are vegetarian, your allergies, among others
Do I need a visa?
Please check in your country if you need a visa, and if you require a yellow fever vaccine
