董仕明是 OM 的國際總幹事，為全球領導團隊建立願景並提供指導。他主修傳播學並擁有工商管理碩士學位。他喜歡看見人們為神讓生命變得豐盛。1978 年，當他加入忠僕號並認識他的妻子 Susan，他開始在 OM 服務。他在 OM 福音船的真道號、真道二號和忠僕號分別工作五年：在位於莫斯巴赫的船舶總部工作，並擔任 OM 在中國和台灣的總監。他每天的動力來自於看到遍布在各地都有步行可達的耶穌信徒所在的活躍社區。
