How do we reach people in the UK with the Hope of the Gospel? Come and join us virtually to find out how this is being done in communities in the UK, receive training virtually and learn more about other faiths to then consider how you can reach out yourself in the coming days, weeks, and months! See a taster of ministry to the least reached here in the UK and consider coming in the future physically on a short-term outreach or more longer term to reach cross culturally.
In partnership with the local church, OM seeks to teach Christians how to respect, befriend and openly share their lives and values with those from other backgrounds. You'll get to meet members of the team virtually, with others, as a group online. Gain insight into what God has been and is doing through OM in the UK, pray individually and as a group for the teams and their ministries, ask questions and hear how you can be part of this movement. The online group calls will include some training and cultural insights into the people groups we are seeking to love.
Join us online and discover how God is moving in lives of those who do not know Him in the UK.
We'll begin with a one-hour orientation session on Sunday 21st February from 16:00-17:00 GMT and end with a one-hour closing session on Sunday 28th February from 16:00-17:00 GMT. These sessions are an essential part of the week so please mark the times in your diary.
We want this to be as accessible as possible for anyone who wants to join, whatever your schedule. Each day you'll be sent an email with details and insights about specific ministries to read and pray through in your own time. In addition to this, we'll send other creative resources to help inspire you through the week.
There will be opportunity on each of the evenings from Monday-Saturday to join online from 19:30 GMT for an hour, to ask questions, pray together and meet different members of the team. We would love for you to join all or as many of these sessions as you can but understand it is not always possible and so these sessions are optional
You must be able to hold a simple conversation in English. Previous experience in ministry is not required.
You'll need a reliable internet connection and Microsoft Teams downloaded on your device to take part.
Participants joining us from other time zones need to know they can join us live at the UK (GMT) times specified.
Information on how to get set up on Teams and an invitation to the Teams group will be sent to you once you have applied and been accepted.

The cost of this virtual trip is £10 (for UK residents, other countries may add a small admin fee) and there will be information on how you can donate further towards the work of OM should you feel led to.
