The Director of Operations will support the National Director by overseeing all Finance, HR & Administrative functions.

Requirements

Lead HR, Finance and IT departments and staff.

  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Strong project management and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of organisational administration and financial management
  • Passionate about operational excellence
  • Strong computer skills including word processing, and database management
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure
  • A positive, professional attitude and demeanour
  • Ability to thrive in a start-up environment to build and grow the team

Willing to raise financial support to cover living expenses, usually through sponsorship from churches and individual supporters. Training and coaching available.
