Farming God's Way Trainer

Requirements

Do you have a passion for agriculture and a passion to bring the gospel to the people of Lesotho?

We are looking for men or women to train and educate Basotho people in the Farming God's Way principles. The role would focus on building relationships with local people while assisting with agricultural skills training and advice.

The ideal candidate would strive to motivate and strengthen local small-scale farmers in Lesotho while sharing the gospel message with the learners. The training should go hand-in-hand with biblical discipleship.

You will need a willingness to learn the local language as well as humility and flexibility.

All applicants need to have gone through or need to be committed to attend Reach. Other online trainings might be suggested (Culture and You, Farming God's way,etc)
