Partnership Overview

The overall goal is to lead the ICT teams in implementation of tactical ICT operations in order to ensure continued and stable ICT services are provided for OM's Ship Ministry.

Required Skills

What will be your tasks and responsibilities in this role?

Operations Management: Manage the effective and efficient running of the ICT systems across the organisation in order to ensure smooth daily operations and continual improvement of the ICT services.

Leadership Management:  Lead the ICT personnel onshore to efficiently and effectively carry out day to day operations, whilst overseeing their morale, team dynamics and personal welfare in order to ensure a healthy team.

Procurement: Analyse, select and procure hard- and software on behalf of the ICT department, in line with the agreed budget and strategy in order to provide ICT services onshore and onboard efficiently and effectively.

Budget: Manage the ICT budget in order to ensure it is kept within the authorised amount.

Personnel: Lead the personnel management aspects of the ICT team to ensure continuity.

This is an onshore role based in either Florence, SC (US); Mosbach (Germany) or remotely.
