We are looking for a National Director to give overall leadership to the ministry, resources, people and network of Operation Mobilisation in Ireland.

• A team player who is able to work across disciplines to foster collaboration
• Able to handle responsibility, complexity and stress well
• High level of cultural and emotional intelligence
• Is willing to travel (internationally)

For this ministry role the right candidate will be expected to develop a prayer and financial support base.
