Do you have heart to see women holistically empowered and living for Jesus? Are you experienced in community development? We are looking for someone to join the Women's Empowerment Africa team, coordinating the growth of Self Help Groups in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Women's Empowerment Africa is a catalyst to see women across Africa holistically empowered, living as vibrant followers of Jesus & reproducing disciples around them. The Self Help Approach is one part of this vision. This is a full time role focusing on the development and multiplication of Self Help Groups in Africa.
This role focusses on: People Development, Empowering existing SHA leaders and identifying new leaders, networking, and training of facilitators.
Preferred qualifications include: Strong familiarity with and experience of community development including women's development & empowerment. Able to manage a broad range of issues related to women's empowerment ministry through working with people. Previous exposure to mission work, preferable OM. Previous experience in SHG's & community development Good working knowledge of English Able to work work remotely & in a virtual team.
Location is flexible, monthly travel within Africa is expected.
