Your Tasks
- development, implementation and review of visions, goals and strategies for P&H
- spiritual leadership, staff development
- networking and cultivating relationships with churches and other organizations
- Openness to build relationships with immigrants
- ideally you would live in the P&H house
Your Profile
- intimate relationship with Jesus
- church that approves of and supports your ministry
- good German language skills
- team and communication skills
- enjoying working in an international team
- several years of leadership experience
- experience in intercultural work especially with people with a Muslim background
- experience with OM is helpful but not required
