Our team seeks disciple young people to become vibrant followers of Jesus. We do this is through running businesses that provide jobs, teach useful skills, and provide a space for working together and developing deep relationships.

As the business manager, your role is to develop the business, work with customers to design and build furniture, and train young men and women to do the same, while at the same time taking opportunities to encourage them in their faith and life.

Required Skills

Responsibilities:

Managing the workshop and creating a safe, positive work environment
Training and discipleship of the employees
Financial stability of the business - marketing, customer relations, and ensuring that accounting is finished on a monthly basis (the data input can be done by a teammate or staff)

Requirements:

Previous experience in a leadership or manager position
Training or experience in carpentry or welding, including product design
Organizational Skills
Desire to learn the local language

Preferred:

Conversational English (English is our primary team language)
