Journey Overview
To support the local village church in reaching out to IDPs with the gospel message as well as giving young people opportunity to get mission training and gain experience in various forms of evangelical outreach.
At present there is a war going on in Ukraine. Please make sure to contact us for relevant safety information. The outreach in Odesa province is at present 150 km away from the front lines. Missile strikes are possible in Odesa

Will there be accomodation provided?
You will be living either in a church hall or a tent in the village.
Will there be food provided?
All meals are included in the cost of the outreach. Expect home cooked Ukrainian food. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT THOSE WITH SPECIAL DIETS
Do I need to make my own travel arrangements?
During the war, the easiest is flying into Chisinau Moldova and taking a bus straight to Odesa,
What should my health condition be like?
Please be sure to bring any personal medicine you may need with you together with a recent prescription. If you have any health issues be sure to let us know during the application process.
Do I need a visa?
People from the UK, EU, Switzerland, USA, Canada and Japan do not need a visa for visiting Ukraine up to 90 days.
People from other nationalities may have to apply for a visa. Unless you are eligible for an e-visa, the visa must be obtained BEFORE leaving your home country. Please contact the Ukrainian consulate in your home country for full information and about what is needed to obtain the visa. If you need an invitation letter, we can get this to you but please allow at least 2 months (By the 1st of May) for this to be obtained and sent to you. We need full passport info, home address, church and church address info to get the invitation letter for you. This may cost up to 60 Euro +postage which is not included in the campaign cost.
Likewise visa costs are not included in the campaign and must be paid separately.
