Short-term Outreach Admin Assistant

To work within the short-term mission team to provide the administrative support for:

• Short-term missions (STM) are intense weeks where

churches and Christians from across the world come together to share the good news of Christ with the least reached in France. 

• “Formation Explore” a new three-month training programme in French.  Our heart is for equipping and preparing those who desire to follow God, through Bible teaching, evangelism training, outreach events and serving in France.

• Accompanying French people, who desire to go abroad for short-term missions, and communication with the other OM fields. 

Key criteria:

Have a passion for seeing French and foreign Christians mobilised to be part of reaching the unreached

Must be able to communicate well in French and English, both written and verbal.

1-year minimum commitment period (ideally longer)

Have good administration skills and be well-organised: to communicate with participants, prepare documents and details for the outreach and training programme, HR role for sending the French people abroad.   

Be teachable 

Have good communication skills and able to work well in an international team

Good relational skills for supporting and interacting with the participants (French and foreign)

Be based in the East-Paris region with travel across France

Willing to grow spiritually in community

Accept to have a mentor (could be someone outside of OM)
