Expand your faith and be inspired as you seek God's will, and His calling on your life. REACH in Taiwan exists to train disciples for a missional lifestyle and to show the nations the heart of Asia. REACH will invest in you through high quality practical training and mentoring so that you can engage in missions in a culturally sensitive manner, you will meet the challenges of discipleship, and join in God's mission to reach the unreached, and be a part of mobilizing the Asian world into missions.

This is the price to cover your costs to do the programme - please remember to also add your flights/travel costs and insurance on top of that.

What To Expect

REACH offers an exciting introduction to cross cultural mission while helping you to deepen your relationship with God and to grow in discipleship.

REACH is a 5 month program which includes training, preparation and 3 outreaches, one of them might be overseas.

You will better understand God's heart for mission and you will be further equipped to effectively communicate the Gospel across cultures. it will give you skills for a disciplined devotional life, tools for ministry, a deeper understanding of yourself, as well as developing team building and leadership skills.

Enjoy team life, interactive classroom training and ministry.

Participant Profile

Age Range: 18-50

You will need:

  • to be at least 18 years old
  • have a basic level of spoken English (will be assessed)
  • a desire and openness to allow God to work in your life
  • a desire to learn and grow as a person
  • a willingness to live and function as part of a cross-cultural team
  • an openness to people of other faiths and cultures

Frequently Asked Questions

Will there be accommodation provided?

Accommodation is in single-sex rooms, and when on outreaches may be on church floors or in tents. Be flexible, couples can be arranged.

Will there be food provided?

We need to know in advance of any special dietary needs (vegetarian, dairy-free, food allergies, etc.)

Do I need to make my own travel arrangements?

Each participant is responsible to cover the cost of traveling to Taiwan, after your application is accepted, more information will be given.

What should my health condition be like?

Participants should be in average good health and able to walk a reasonable distance without difficulty. If you think this requirement rules you out, talk to us and we will see what adjustments we may be able to make for you. Each participant is responsible to obtain appropriate emergency health and medical insurance.

Do I need a visa?
