On Sep 8, a devastating 6.8-magnitude earthquake struck central Morocco. The shaking was reportedly felt in several provinces and neighbouring countries as well. Nearly 3,000 people are reportedly killed and more than 5,600 injured – and these numbers continue to rise as relief efforts increase.
