We are looking for an individual to provide leadership for both expatriate and local personnel to be a part of the following:

  • Oversee the on-boarding process of both expatriate and local personnel.
  • Maintain adequate staffing levels to ensure the organization can carry out its work effectively.
  • Provide a welcoming environment for newcomers.
  • Improve skills and efficiency of  Personnel Department and  relationships with OM offices worldwide.


You will be involved with processing applications, transitioning people into ministry, communicating & working inter-professionally with multiple OM offices around the world as well as the ministries in this North African country, maintaining databases, strategically & administratively supporting our team members with any issues that arise… and so much more!

This is primarily an office type job however we do encourage anyone taking on this role to set aside time to get involved in ministry.

Skills required:

  • A love for God & for people.
  • Fluent in English. Willing to learn Arabic.
  • Good administrative & organisational skills.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Work well in a cross-cultural team.
  • Good communication skills.
