OM  in the Latin America  Area seeks to expand our operations in order to meet the challenge of sending 2000 Latinos to the unreached, we are seeking someone to provide facilitate the care and development of OM personnel and the implementing of OM personnel policy and practice in the Area.

The Area Personnel Officer's role is primarily to advise and facilitate the Area and field leaders. He/she has no executive authority in terms of directing personnel.

Requirements

The area personnel Officer is a vital and key role for the  Area, which will help us to better plan, practice and oversee our personnel process and implement of the OM Policy at an Area level and ensure that the same is achieved at field level.

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of OM and its practice
  • Good communication skill
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in personnel or short-term department.
  • Overseeing the process and practice of OM international standards
  • Willingness of understanding the complexity of personnel role and work with details
  • Ability to be teachable and train others
  • Ability to relate well with people, and to understand their needs and hindrances
  • Be flexible and adaptable with different timezone and the working atmosphere
  • Proficiency in English and willingness to learn Spanish and Portugues
  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Available to travel within and outside of Latin America when required.
