Campaign Director - Global Brand Management

As part of Global Brand Management, the Campaign Director plans and manages the creation of marketing campaigns to support OM offices in local marketing efforts. Requirements

Responsibilities:

•Set global campaign strategy, working with Chief Marketing Officer

•Manage campaign calendar

•Determine campaign content needs for campaigns related to mobilization, financial development, disaster response and other multi-field campaigns

•Repurpose and/or edit notable field campaigns for use in other fields

•Submit creative content requests to Creative Traffic Manager

•Detail campaign themes, calls to action, content and design elements

•Outline accompanying campaign tools to support social media, web mail, email and phone tactics

•Guide Marketing Services Managers (MSMs) in enabling fields to use campaigns

•Guide Global Story Team (GST) Creative Coaches in enabling creatives to utilize campaign tools

•Consult with MSMs and field marketing teams to personalize global campaigns for local use

•Work with assigned creatives for individual projects

•Oversee full-time Global Brand Management (GBM) initiatives



Requirements:

•Undergraduate degree and/or 2-3 years demonstrated experience with marketing campaign development, and campaign development and campaign management in a global environment

•Technical competencies: MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

•Willing to travel

•OM Staff secure their own funding by private donations.
