Your tasks
- Advising and coaching participants for international outreaches (short and long term)
- Coaching participants before, during and after the assignment
- Administrative implementation of standardized procedures (initial request to return)
- Compilation of information material and promotion of short-term outreaches through our channels
Your Profile
- Intimate relationship with Jesus
- Church that approves of and supports your ministry
- Enjoying working with people
- Team and communication skills (adequate level of German with willingness to learn more and English)
- Initiative and flexible working
- International experience helpful
- MS Office skills
