    OM's Audio Visual and conference services department (OMNIvision) is in need of a Technical Assistant.  This role is facilitate smooth and efficient running of conference services as required. It will involve working with video and graphics, sound, lighting, IT, set up and pack down.  Being in possession of a Class "C" (32 tonne rigid truck) driving licence would be an advantage.

    For the last 30 years OM’s mission base in Halesowen has focussed on training and cross-cultural urban evangelism. Today, we don’t need to get on an aeroplane to meet the least reached, we have them on our doorstep. Locally we have large populations from Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. We need people who are willing to go to parts of the community where few are going; willing to begin to understand a different language and culture, share the Gospel and disciple new believers.

    Young people today are searching for what is real and what works in their lives. They are moving from childhood to adulthood. Some have already started a friendship with Jesus but lack a mentor to disciple them in their relationship with Christ, while others have never heard of Christ. Around the world, there is a tremendous need for full-time youth workers, who have a deep desire to see young people develop in their walk with Jesus. In many circumstances, creativity is needed to find ways to make connections and build relationships with young people.
