Purpose of this position: To facilitate an increase in the number of recruits joining Tajikistan field.
Working Relationships: Position falls under the Field Personnel Department and will report to the Field Leader and WACA Personnel Officer. Other close working relationships include the ACO, WACA FPO’s, Field Short-Term Coordinators and relevant Sending Field personnel
Key Result Areas
• Tajikistan recruiting strategy: Analyse current recruiting trends and needs, identify opportunities and threats, write up strategy and associated action plan.
• Implement and Coordinate the Tajikistan recruiting strategy: Work with communications and financial development officer and leadership team to ensure overall harmony eg Working together on content for communicating on Caleb, e-mail and other publications.
