Partnership Overview

This position exists to support, organise, and inspire prayer for and with children.

As the ICHNOS prayer coordinator you will be working on a prayer strategy for the ministry. This includes praying with the team, supporting children's work through developing prayer resources for children and families, and/or facilitating prayer time for OMers and partners to pray for children around the world.

Required Skills

ICHNOS is one of the Catalytic Ministries in OM and wants to see followers of Jesus among the least reached who can welcome and disciple children in their communities. Ichnos is a Greek word and is pronounced as ikh'-nos. It can be translated as a footprint, track, or footstep. Metaphorically, it is used to describe the "footsteps" that provide the needed example for others to follow. We see prayer as the foundation or core of our ministry but also as a mobilising tool for children and families to be involved in missions.

Key Requirements:

  • A passion for God and prayer
  • English working proficiency
  • Experience in Office 365 or willing to learn
