Partnership Overview

Singapore is home to many diaspora communities from Asia, many whom do not know the gospel. Join us to lead and champion the ministry of bringing help and hope to least-reached communities in Singapore.

Required Skills

Core Competencies

  1. A spiritually mature Christian.
  2. A passion for Christian ministry with empathy and compassion towards the unreached.
  3. Ability to work well collaboratively in a team.
  4. A love and concern for people.
  5. Good interpersonal skills, with ability to connect with other OM colleagues and stakeholders.

Technical Competencies

  1. Lead a ministry to befriend and engage with least-reached diaspora communities in Singapore, with a focus on migrant construction workers from South Asia
  2. Able to serve, build relationships, and relate to people of all levels and backgrounds
  3. Build up a strong community of volunteers and partners
  4. Strong leadership, organisational, communicative, and interpersonal skills
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  6. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience and competencies
  7. This is a Singapore-based position only open to Singapore Citizens and PRs with a minimum commitment of 2 years
