People Care Person

We are looking for a person or couple, preferably with experience in doing member care and/or mentoring, with a heart for offering support, encouragement and accountability to the team members, so they can continue to serve while staying well themselves.  The people care department also arranges events and activities in the team to promote unity and community. This role is for someone with discernment mentoring skills communication skills integrity discretion

As this is a part time role, you will also have time to be involved in outreach ministry in Greece, in a stream that suits your interests and calling (youth/mercy/refugees/discipleship,etc).  We ask all team members to study Greek language while on the field.
