Required Skills

Our Offer

various tasks in the missionary work of P&H reaching migrants
teamwork, but a lot of personal responsibility in the execution of tasks
opportunities for work and further education inside and outside OM
support by OM and P&H board

Your Tasks

development, implementation and review of visions, goals and strategies for P&H
spiritual leadership, staff development
networking and cultivating relationships with churches and other organizations
Openness to build relationships with immigrants
ideally you would live in the P&H house

Your Profile

intimate relationship with Jesus
church that approves of and supports your ministry
good German language skills
team and communication skills
enjoying working in an international team
several years of leadership experience
experience in intercultural work especially with people with a Muslim background
experience with OM is helpful but not required
