Mosbach, Germany: Hotel & Catering Support Manager

Job Content In your role you will oversee the following:

1. Purchasing and forwarding Supplies and equipment

Purchase and forward equipment, food, I-cafe, cabin and pantry supplies in order to ensure there are adequate stores on board.

1. Hotel and Catering support

Motivate and support the Hotel and Catering department heads and Chief Steward onboard in the longer term planning of their work in order to ensure a healthy diet and hygienic living conditions for all onboard.

1. Budget

Plan, monitor and control budgets for the Hotel and Catering department in order to forecast and manage expenditure.

1. On board Accommodation

Support the accommodation forum and give direction to cabin allocation in order to help ensure the best use of available cabin space on board Logos Hope

What we offer You will be based in Mosbach, Germany.  It is a full time role. You will be part of an international team who are passionate about serving in the ships ministry.  Coaching and training will be arranged to grow into this role, when needed.
