Die missionarischen Teams von OM in Deutschland widmen sich besonders Menschengruppen, die es aufgrund kultureller und sprachlicher Barrieren schwerer haben, Jesus kennenzulernen. Und wir suchen dich, um sie in ihrer Arbeit bestmöglichst zu unterstützen!

Habilidades requeridas

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Koordination und Unterstützung von missionarischen Events und Einsätzen in Deutschland
  • Administrative Unterstützung der missionarischen Teams in Deutschland (Berlin, Chemnitz, Hamburg, Heilbronn)
  • Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (Print & Social Media) für die missionarischen Teams in Deutschland
  • Initiierung und Durchführung missionarischer Projekte
  • Koordination der Teilnehmenden von Kurzeinsätzen
  • Besuche der Missions-Teams in Deutschland
  • Unterstützung von praktischen Arbeiten vor Ort

Dein Profil: Identifikation mit den Werten und der Vision von OM Deutschland Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen, pädagogischen oder theologischen Bereich (oder vergleichbar) Englisch in Wort und Schrift Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität Selbstständiges Arbeiten Organisatorisch begabt Sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office-Paket Bereitschaft, praktisch anzupacken Bereitschaft, innerhalb Deutschlands zu reisen Bereitschaft zum Aufbau eines Freundeskreises zur anteiligen Finanzierung deiner Lohnkosten
