Personnel Manager

The Manager (Personnel) is a key member of the OM Mercy Teams International (MTI) Head Office team. As a member of the OM MTI team, the Manager (Personnel) will assist the Executive Director, and work with other members of the OM MTI team in the areas of personnel recruitment, placement, people care, administration, reporting, and training and development. The Manager (Personnel) will also build relationships with other OM entities, and networks within OM International and OM East Asia.

Doulos Hope: Electrical Officer

For an Electrical Officer we are looking for a skilled Electrical Technician (preferably in the area of Power Generation for up to 1000V) that has experience in leading and managing a Team. With a minimum of 3 years work experience. Experience in the marine industry would be an advantage but not necessary.
Good interpersonal skills and being a computer literate are vital requirements. You will need to work with MS Office, AutoCAD and a computer based Maintenance program called AMOS.

Doulos Hope: Content Creator - Visual

Use your gifts to inspire and motivate through storytelling with high quality content and be a part of Ship Ministry team sharing knowledge, help and hope. Our Global Connections team on board Doulos Hope help provide finished written and visual content to inform and inspire the public and thank partners around the world.

Doulos Hope: Baker

As a baker, together with others you will produce quality baked items for those in the ship's community (around 150 people) & the local visitors who come to our I-Café and events on board. Our purpose is two-fold; to feed, bless & encourage those serving in the ship's community, and to provide items creating a hospitable environment to connect with our visitors.

Doulos Hope: Medical Officer (Doctor)

Are you a qualified doctor looking for an exciting ministry to be part of?  The doctor/medical officer on board Doulos Hope serves in providing medical care and treatment to the crew, staff and guests of the vessel.

Doulos Hope: AV Technician

In this role, you will oversee sound, lighting and video support for the public events and programmes run on board and onshore as well as for the internal programmes aboard MV Doulos Hope. Additionally you will be responsible for all meeting rooms' audio and video systems.

Doulos Hope: Nurse

Serve on board Doulos Hope with an international crew of around 150 volunteers from many different countries.

We are looking for a qualified nurse to provide on board medical care and treatment for crew & guests under the direction of the ship's physician.
