Partnership Overview

FD: Income generation is critical to ensure that our ministries are well resourced, and our personnel fulfil their roles to their best capacity. We believe that there needs to be a healthy balance between income generation from within Zambia, combined with fundraising activities through our partners. We need someone to further define this balance in our financial development strategy and execute this strategy with the financial development team.

Required Skills

Responsibilities:

Review and update our financial Development strategy.
Support development and implementation of Self Sustainability Initiatives (SSI) and Business as Mission (BAM)
In collaboration with ministry leaders determine fundraising priorities.
Manage donor relationships and reporting.
Engage in fundraising and presenting the work to financial stakeholders.
