Deine Aufgaben:
- Allgemeine Verwaltungstätigkeiten (u. a. Verwaltung der Verträge, Liegschaften, des Fuhrparks)
- Zentrales Büromanagement (Inventar und weiteres)
- Verantwortung für die Datenpflege und Arbeitssicherheit
- Koordination der Rezeption
- Relevante Sachverhalte regelmäßig an die Gesetzgebung anpassen
Dein Profil:
- Eine persönliche Beziehung mit Jesus und eine Identifikation mit den Werten und der Vision von OM Deutschland
- Bereitschaft zum Aufbau eines Freundeskreises zur teilweisen Finanzierung der Lohnkosten
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbar
- Organisationstalent mit strukturierter Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ein freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- Mitgliedschaft in einer christlichen Gemeinde
