OM in Albania’s desire is to help plant and work alongside Albanian churches, equipping them to become active in sharing God’s love within their own borders and beyond. In order to best enable the team to work towards this vision, the home office needs to run well. The home office does recruiting work and also provides for the training and accommodating of short-term teams, as well as the training of new recruits.

Our goal is to also provide a specific training for Albanians interested in working cross-culturally to share the message of Jesus. We need resources, people, prayer, and financial support in order to best equip the team to do ministry and to promote the work of OM in Albania and internationally.
